After joining the Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. as a new graduate in 2018, Mr. Shimoda worked in the Investment Management Business Department, where he provided budget management, and other support for asset management companies within the Mitsubishi Estate group.
After that, he proposed the original model of WELL ROOM to the intrapreneurship system, and his proposal was selected. In April 2020, he moved to the Business Creation Department and was moving forward with the commercialization of WELL ROOM. In 2021, he established WELL ROOM as a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estate, and he has been the CEO since then. In November 2021, “WELL ROOM” a new healthcare service that supports foreigners working in Japan, was officially released.
