He has been consistently engaged in the area of Sales & Marketing since he graduated.
After working for Dai-ichi Life Insurance and Recruit Co., he was responsible for the start-up and growth of the business and organization as head of the SaaS business.
In his last position, he supported DX consulting, PJT promotion, and UX improvement for about 30 companies, mainly major companies.
At AVILEN, as Executive Officer and head of DX Talent AVILEN Design Dept. he oversees business management and assists many companies in DX/AI organization development and human resource development.
