After graduating from Keio University and serving as CTO for a Tokyo-based startup, he moved to Silicon Valley in 2011 to join a local startup. In 2015, he co-founded Alpaca in the United States and participated in Y Combinator in 2019.
With deep expertise in both technology and finance, he has driven the product vision that forms the core of Alpaca’s competitive advantage since its inception. He is responsible for building a globally scalable technology infrastructure that achieves a high-level balance of reliability, scalability, and performance required for financial services.
