Born in Tokyo, graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo. After working for Kengo Kuma and Associates, founded MDR Inc. From 2017 to 2019, he served as an assistant program manager on the Cabinet Office’s ImPACT Yamamoto Project. His research fields and themes are Ising model applications, quantum gate model applications, various middleware and cloud systems, and superconducting qubits. He was awarded the 2008 Ministry of Environment Eco Japan Cup, Design Division, Grand Prix, was shortlisted for the 2015 Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications ‘INNO-vation Program’ award and was runner-up at the MUFG Digital Accelerator competition.
