Inspire is a cloud service that allows it to sell various insurance products, integrating them into digital services such as smartphone applications. It supports all operations required for “”digital insurance”” – not only customer contact management such as lead building, policy application acceptance, policy protection, and claims acceptance but also business operations of insurance companies and agents. Furthermore, integrating with traditional systems and operations makes it possible to create new customer experiences that combine online and offline.

Kazuhiro Kawabata joined Finatext in 2019. He leads the insurance business of Finatext and is also a director of Smartplus Small Amount and Short Term Insurance Company Ltd. Before he joined the company, he worked at Hakuhodo and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At Hakuhodo, he was engaged in marketing strategy planning and execution support for consumer goods, machinery, retail, etc. At BCG, he was involved in support of launching multiple new businesses and services. He graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Economics.
