It is a platform that allows you to operate a employee benefits system that can be used nationwide by using an app and a VISA prepaid card. We are responding to a variety of issues, including differentiation when hiring human resources, improving employees’ sense of belonging, and realizing welfare benefits that address site disparities and D&I. By providing an easy-to-use UI/UX for employees, the monthly usage rate is over 90%. Administrators can understand usage data on the management screen, supporting data-driven system operation.

Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1997. Founded miive Co., Ltd. in 2020 due to discomfort with “benefits” when looking for a job. We are developing miive, a next-generation welfare platform that supports human capital management.
