Diligence is a governance, regulatory, and compliance tool that accelerates firms’ compliance with various international standards and regulatory requirements. Using machine learning and generative AI, It tracks compliance progress, manages risks, and verifies internal controls. Diligence enables auditors to access authorized information and generate automated responses to audit inquiries. In addition, it enables listed corporations to easily benchmark its compliance performance with peers, and efficiently respond to questions from investors and rating agencies.

Calvin has 10+ years of experience in investment banking (ex-HSBC) and product development. Calvin is the 1st Laureate of the BOCHK Science & Technology Innovation Prize. Calvin frequents as a guest lecturer and mentor at HKU, CUHK, HKUST, and PolyU. He is a SteerCo member of CUHK  Corporate Innovation Index, a founding fellow at the Data Literacy Association, and a council member of the Institute of Financial Technologist Asia. Calvin holds an Honors Business Administration degree with distinction from Ivey Business School. Calvin is a CFA charter holder.
