He balances his domain expertise with a strong awareness of his technical limitations, which is a smart early-stage leadership move. He surrounded himself with a co-founder team covering Software Engineering (CTO) and Blockchain/GIS Expertise (COO). This structure lets him focus on capital flow and market penetration while ensuring a robust, on-chain product.
