Dr. Tanaka is an assistant professor at the College of Business, Rikkyo University. Ph.D.（Interdisciplinary Information Studies, The University of Tokyo）Prior to joining Rikkyo University in 2018, he led as head of the research office, chief researcher, and fellow at PERSOL Research and Consulting Co., Ltd. He specializes in Management Learning and Human Resource Development. His research focuses on the learning and development of workers and teams. His major work includes “Executive Development” (University of Tokyo Press), “Team Working” (JMAM), and “The Study for Corporate Entrepreneurs” (CrossMedia Publishing).
